How do time-limited releases work?
 
Time-limited releases are made available for purchase during a 3 day period. Time-limited edition are sized based on the number of prints sold during the 3 days. Everyone who orders on one of the three sale days gets a print. We will never re-print our limited edition prints once they have been made available for a timed-release.
When will I receive my item?
 
For time-limited releases, the edition size will be determined after the sale and then put into production, so please allow an estimated 4-6 weeks for delivery. Other items usually ship within a week. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. You’ll get an email with tracking information from us when your order ships.
  
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout time based on your address and chosen shipping method. We mark the quoted rates up slightly in order to cover some of our packaging costs.
 
Shipping internationally
 
Our international shipping charges do not include the destination country’s duty, tax or customs fees. If applicable, these will be assessed upon delivery. We can not and will not falsely report on an item's value to help avoid these fees. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees and items can sometimes get tied up in customs.
Tracking international packages
  
When we ship your order you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package on USPS.com. The linked page will contain up-to-date information until the package leaves the US, after which it will not be updated until the package has been either delivered or returned to the US. Sometimes it is possible to check on the package’s whereabouts by tracking it via the foreign delivery agent.

Lost or Damaged Items
 
Keep all original packing materials as they may be needed for insurance investigation purposes. Email shop@charmaineolivia.com to let us know about any damage ASAP. If possible, include pictures.
  
Returns
  
If you’re not completely satisfied, call or email us to arrange a return within 30 days. All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse service and/or limit quantities to anyone at our discretion.
  
Customer Policy
  
Information you provide to The Shop through the ordering process will only be used to keep you up-to-date with your order’s progress and to contact you if there are any issues. Subscribers to The Shop mailing list will only receive Shop or Charmaine Olivia related announcements, and may unsubscribe at any time. Ordering an item does not subscribe you to the mailing list – the list must be opted-into separately, via our contact page.

Limited Edition Prints
  
A "signed and numbered limited edition print” is a print from an edition that is limited to a particular amount. Meaning, only a determined amount of prints are printed, and once sold out will not be printed again. Each print has its own number. If you order a print that is numbered 10/100, this means that out of 100 prints in the edition, you have the 10th one singed by the Artist. 
  
Open Edition Prints
   
Open edition prints have no predetermined edition size. and when sold out, they may be reprinted and restocked.
